Refunds or Returns

Due to the very unique nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exhanges at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us with your concerns, comments or dissatisfaction. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We welcome wholesale inquiries. We would be happy to create a favor for your upcoming affair- personalized to your colors, scents and additives. If you have a business and would like to order a custom batch we can work with you to create the perfect soap. We will design your label and packaging in a professional and unique presentation. Please note that cold process soap takes a minimum of 4 weeks to cure so please plan accordingly. At this time we do not sell on consignment.

Orders are shipped via United Postal Service. Your shipping cost is calculated by weight and should there be an overage you will be refunded promptly. We do not charge a handling fee (because I don't like to pay one as a consumer:) Priority service can take 3-5 days in the US. Order processing usually takes 24 hours but can take up to 3 business days in unusual circumstances. Contact us if you would like to add to your order and and we will do our best to accommodate.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.

Handmade soap naturally displays irregularities and color variations that are indicative of the all-natural and small-batch nature of the process. None of Moondrop Gardens soap are exactly the same. We hope you enjoy unique nature of this skin-nurishing creation. Soaps that do not pass our expectations are available as OOPSIE soaps. If you are purchasing our soap you acknowledge that you have read the ingredients list. If you are allergy prone you must take the proper precautions to educate yourself on the ingredient list to avoid any sensitivities.

If any irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Soap is meant as a wash off product. Keep out of eyes.
